Over time, different people have given their own meaning as regards the definition of mental wellbeing. I believe every one of them is completely valid. If it works for you, that is. A fact we should all be aware of is that a good mental Health isn’t the absence of sickness or diseases, rather it is the state of complete wellbeing. You are mentally healthy if you can cope with stress, build relationships, and achieve goals.

Mental wellbeing portrays your mental state. How you are coping with various situations shows how good your mental health really is. Today, people often prioritize other matters of life over their mental health. The truth is, people, do not completely understand its importance.
